Crexa is a content-generation platform that transforms user-provided notes into formatted content using voice packs. These Terms govern your use of the Service, including your account, subscription, generated content, and interactions with our platform.

To use the dashboard and generate content, you must create an account.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Crexa operates on a subscription model. When you subscribe:

  • You agree to recurring billing at the price shown

  • You must provide accurate payment information

  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled

  • You may cancel at any time through the cancellation page

Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Prices may change in the future. If so, we will notify subscribers in advance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Crexa to:

  • Generate unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

  • Send spam or abusive material through generated content

We reserve the right to determine unacceptable use.

5. Generated Content

Crexa processes the text you provide to generate new content.
You remain responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information you enter

  • The way you use the generated output

  • Ensuring your use of the content complies with applicable laws

Crexa does not guarantee that generated content will be free from error, compliant with external regulations, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The platform, design, code, features, and voice packs are the intellectual property of Crexa.

  • You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service.

  • You own the content you input into the system.

  • You are granted a license to use the content generated for personal or business use.

 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You abuse or misuse the Service

  • We detect fraudulent or harmful activity

You may terminate your subscription at any time via the cancellation page.

 

8. Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error-free content

  • That generated content will meet specific requirements

  • That the system will be free from bugs or downtime

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crexa is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Financial loss

  • Business interruption

  • Damages arising from use of generated content

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Service.
